This text explains what data Flowmüzik ("we") processes, for what purposes, and how we use cookies. Because we serve visitors worldwide, it covers both Turkish law (KVKK) and, for visitors in the EEA/UK, GDPR-style rights.
Data we collect
- Account details: name, email address and password (the password is stored only as a hash).
- Content you upload: tracks you submit as an artist, notes and profile information.
- Usage data: technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type.
Purposes
Managing your account, forwarding submissions to curators, keeping the service secure, improving the site and meeting legal obligations.
Cookies
We set cookies in two categories, and you choose the second:
- Essential cookies (always on):
flowmuzik(session: login, form protection and notices; ends when you close the browser) andfm_consent(remembers your cookie choice for 180 days). - Advertising cookies (only with your consent): Google AdSense and its partners may set cookies to show and measure ads. Until you accept, the Google advertising script is not loaded at all.
You can change your choice at any time: . Withdrawing consent after accepting reloads the page; you can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Google AdSense and advertising
Third-party vendors, including Google, serve ads on this site when you allow advertising cookies. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers needed to deliver the service (hosting, advertising) and with competent authorities where legally required. Because providers such as Google operate internationally, data may be processed outside your country.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you can access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the rights granted by GDPR/UK GDPR, including portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to iletisim@flowmuzik.com for any request.
